I am both a principal systems engineer and a certified linguist with experience in teaching.  As such I have an ability to take complex topics in a wide range of subjects and explain them to people who do not have extensive experience in the topic and make complex subjects understandable and meaningful.  
I have over half a century experience across the full spectrum of computer technology from machine code programming (this is below macro) all the way to high level and internet, hardware integration and maintenance, systems tuning and optimization, SAN engineering, and network support. 

We will explain all terms, use metaphors to bring meaning to technological elements, and explain how it all fits together (when it does fit together) and explain the chaos that also co-exists in this universe.
