2024-08-20  Tooltips One of the objective of today’s work is to add Tooltips or hover text to key acronyms, terms, and expressions.  It turns out that we have 2 similar tools for this.  One is CM Tooltips and the other is Word Press Tooltips which is in the left panel as Tooltips.  

The concept for both tools is to have one place where you build a glossary of terms and the explanatory HoverText.  Then you go an run the addon tool and it searches the entire web site for every occurrence of each term and applies the code to make it work every where with no further effort.  However CM Tooltips locks down color features making it useless to me.  So only use Tooltips in the WordPress Dashboard.  The New item and then do global apply to paint the hovertext through the entire website.
