Getting up in years and having just returned from the hospital last night the topic and importance of health along with all of the supporting subjects has taken on a whole new level of importance.

As such we are now beginning to research, educate ourselves and medical issues along with the support system directly related to those issues.  

Consistent with my style and methods I will be documenting and developing strategies together with my wife and family.  It seems consistent with my methods and styles to take notes and document progress in some computerized way and as I am now working on the webdesign of my site it seems logical to exploit this vehicle and share the products of our research with others.

We will begin with addressing health issues through healthy diets and eating.
